For security reasons, Discounted Condominium Rentals will be contacting you directly for a credit card number to have on file, to be used as a security deposit in the event of any damages to the unit and or excessive cleaning.

7-Day Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be charged the first nights room & tax and a $25.00 fee. Cancellations made 7 days or more from the check-in date are charged only the $25.00 cancellation fee. In the case of multiple rooms booked together, the cancellation fee applies to each room that is canceled. Refunds will not be given for early check-outs or no-shows.

Choose from one, two and three bedroom condominiums, across the street from the new South Mountain Ski Area. Condominiums come complete with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, dining areas, and one full bathroom per bedroom. All condominiums are air-conditioned and have gas fireplaces. Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from our balconies and decks. For the budget minded, we also have one king hotel room that sleeps two.
